I brought it home, still damp, and air dried it in our air conditioned home. I washed the rug in cold water at a local laundromat with extra large washers. On July 3 I bought an 8 by 10 washable rug for our living room.About six weeks later, when our cat threw up on it, I congratulated myself on my foresight and excellent housekeeping skills. This WOULD e funny if the rug wasn't so expensive. I don't know about anyone else but I don't have the time or patience to deal with this nonsense. Asked where is my refund? Oh they are going to process today (seriously?) and it will take 3-5 days.
So now they have to send something to "management" to approve my refund. Now they have to cancel the replacement (because they don't have one), but processing my refund is going to be a problem because it was processed as a replacement. Did they process my refund like they should have? No.wasn't even aware until I called. Waited another week to allow time to process. Took 5 days for them to pick up the product, then they would process a replacement. I ordered a bread machine and they sent me an iron. That is not me, but I resent the time I have to spend on it because they should value their customers more. I think some of these companies hope that they make it so difficult to resolve an issue with an order or refund that the customer just gives up and goes away. I also have ordered from with no issues. I have ordered from them and shopped in their stores many times. Where do I start.I don't dislike this company. I have only credit card payment if needed. Shame on them, what a business is this? I can't upload proof of purchase because they did not send the receipt. They asked me, if I want to cancel the order? I said yes. I didn't mention that I called on 8/17/23 and canceled the order. Do I need patio furniture for winter in Illinois? Today is Septemand we still didn't receive the hardware, so we can not put the furniture together. They arrived Augwith damaged box (big hole on the side) and missing all hardware. We had a party on 8/13/23 so we thought would be perfect. 10 minutes later I received duplicate emails (every transaction has resulted in 2 or 3 duplicates) saying:. So I cancelled the order, and customer service confirmed it had been cancelled. Not that the items would have shipped, but they may be able to tell me when they would be shipped.
I was told to check back in 3 days when they would be able to provide more information. Their "My Account page" only sends you to the site, just as clicking on 'View or Manage Order details" does. because you won't get any of that with these chumps.Įven though my items have not shipped and despite the fact estimated ship date was 2-3 days after placing the order, the only way I could obtain information was contacting them directly. Shop elsewhere, you will likely get what you ordered in a timely manner, be able to check status online, trust any information provided.
